  • Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
  • No,we provide all of the cleaning supplies including vacuum.
  • Do you change sheets?
  • Yes,if you leave clean sheets on the bed.
  • Do you clean inside windows?
  • We clean inside windows upon request at extra cost.
  • Do I have to be home for the cleaning?
  • No,all you need to do is let us know how to get into the house and how we should lock up when finished.
  • How long my cleaning take?
  • This depends on the condition of the home and the amount of extras you select.
  • How do I leave special instructions?
  • It is best to E-mail us your special instructions.
  • What if something is damaged while the crew is cleaning?
  • We will always treat your home with the greatest of care, but sometimes accidents do happen. we will have the item repaired, replaced or paid.

BILLING

  • Do you use service contracts?
  • Absolutely not,we want you to use our service as long as you want to.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
  • Most of our customers prefer to leave us a check at each visit.We accept cash, checks and credit/debit cards online.
  • How much will it cost to clean my home?
  • It depends on the size and condition of your home.
  • When do I pay you?
  • The payment is due the day of service.if payment is not made or received within 24 hours there will be an additional $20 late fee added to your bill.

KEY

  • How do you get into my house?
  • We prefer you to give us a garage code so in that way you don’t have to hide it or give us a key.
  • Can you keep a copy of my key?
  • Sure,we are happy to keep a copy of your key if you prefer.
  • What should I do about my security system?
  • Remember to turn off the day of the service or program a separate code for us.

SCHEDULING

  • What about cancellations?
  • Because we reserve the time just for your home,please make any schedule changes at least 24 hours in advance before service to avoid incurring a $50 cancellation fee.
  • How do I stop the service?
  • Simple E-mail us.
  • Can I change my date of service?
  • Sure,you can change at any time.
  • How will I know when to expect my cleanings?
  • We send out E-mail remainders 1 day before your cleaning,detailing the service,we cannot provide you with a specific time.
