If after the first cleaning you decide to stop the service, you will be charge the one time cleaning price that is much expensive.
LARGE AND HEAVY ITEMS
For safety and liability reasons we do not allow our cleaning professionals to lift or move heavy items or furniture.
If the scheduled cleaning is not re-scheduled ( and skipped ) we will charge a higher rate for the next schedule visit due to the extra work needed to complete the cleaning service,this is fair due to extra dust and dirt build up in the house.
If you have any irreplaceable,collectable or expensive objects.We ask that these items be secured or put away in order to avoid painful accidents.
If your house has clutter you will be charge extra,this also include too many stuffed toys on beds.
CUSTOMERS PRODUCTS OR VACUUM CLEANER
We are happy to use cleaning products or vacuum cleaner provided by our customers,we do not accept responsibility for damages caused for those products in your home.we take responsibility for damages caused for our supplies and equipment only.
SAFETY OF OUR PERSONAL AND OTHERS
If you are at home while we clean please stay away from our work area.we do not take any responsibility for injuries this may cause.
We encourage clients to schedule cleaning service when they are not home to reduce distraction and the risk of accidents due to wet floors or vacuum cleaner cord.
We reserve the right to increase prices without notice at any time.
We do not take any responsibility for damage due to faulty or improper installation of any item that include scuffs on furniture that where there before we cleaned,pictures and mirrors hanging from nails in drywall.
If anything was damaged during our cleaning service you need to provide picture evidence that shows that it was not damaged before we cleaned.
